3332 Three step drop pass
Stage: Beginner/Intermediate
Stage characteristics: Quarterback makes three motion steps back however using improper foot positioning. He does however know his target area and is able to produce power in his throw.
What to change: Quarterback needs to remember cross over steps and scan from left to right as he’s dropping back.
Cue: Scan and cross over steps.

Stage Characteristics: Player does not finish the drop back with the proper foot work. His legs need to cross with the last two steps instead of his shuffle. Then he also needs to follow through with his throw.
What to change: Make sure that the player's 3 step drop is correct.

Stage:Intermediate
Stage Characteristics:The quarterback shuffeled back for his drop step and holds the ball pretty low by his shoulder
What to Change:The quarterback needs to get a big first step for depth then 2 short steps by crossing your feet. He also needs to be ready to throw and have a quick release by holding the ball with two hands by his head.
Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert). Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified. What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve. Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.

Purpose
This project has the following primary purposes: (a) to provide video of subjects performing sport skills at varying levels of expertise as a medium for teachers, coaches, and students to practice movement analysis, (b) to provide video demonstration models of sport skills and games for learners, teachers, and coaches, and (c) present a platform for the professional community to contribute video and dialog to more thoroughly accomplish the aforementioned purposes. Stage Characterisitic: QB shuffled back. He also needs to keep ball high by his head and ready to throw.
What to Change: Steps need to be cross-over steps, not a shuffle back. Also keep ball high which makes for a quicker release.
