3334 Hand off
Stage: Intermediate
Stage characteristics: Both have good foot movement the running back moves quickly and the quarterback moves quickly in the initial steps and placed the ball securely in the stomach.
What to change: Running back needs to keep right arm back as well as head up as to not advertise the hand off as well as helping him to better navigate the defense the quarterback should never look back to follow the ball he may look over to scan for defensive players and the quarterback should follow through giving indications that he still had possession of the ball.
Cue: Running back arm position and head position, quarterback head position and follow through.

Stage:Intermediate
Stage Characteristics:Quarter back does a good job of getting the ball to the running back quick and puts the ball in his stomach. The running back does a good job of taking a side step to hit the whole square.
What to Change:The running back needs to have his inside hand up making it easier to secure the ball from the quarterback. The QB needs to have a better fake after the handoff possible rolling out left.
Cue:Running back work on getting inside hand up and QB work on faking after the handoff.
Stage Characteristics: The hand-off is not done correctly. The inside elbow of the receiver is down, when it should be up. The outside elbow is up when it should be down. The arms were parallel, which is correct but the arm placement was wrong. The quarterback put the ball between the receiver's arms correctly and in the pocket he was given to use, but it should have been to the receiver's other side. The receiver did a good job of following the ball with his eyes and of squeezing the ball to keep it from dropping.
What to Change: The receiver needs to have his inside elbow up, and his outside elbow down to create a pocket on the opposite side of his body than the quarterback.
Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert). Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified. What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve. Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.
