Glide Analysis
Stage: Expert
Stage Characteristics: The performer does a good job keeping the body on the surface of the water. The legs are straight and together, the head is down, and the arms are extended above the head.
What to Change: This skill can be improved by the swimmer squeezing his arms together so that they press against his head. This will help decrease the amount of water resistance and make the swimmer more streamline.
Cue: Lock elbows so that the arms squeeze the ears.
