Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).

What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve.
Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.
Comments on individual video clips are encouraged, especially in the form of analysis of the subjects' technique.

This project has the following primary purposes: (a) to provide video of subjects performing sport skills at varying levels of expertise as a medium for teachers, coaches, and students to practice movement analysis, (b) to provide video demonstration models of sport skills and games for learners, teachers, and coaches, and (c) present a platform for the professional community to contribute video and dialog to more thoroughly accomplish the aforementioned purposes. Intermediate
Stage Characteristics:
The ball is thrown in with two hands, it is overhead. The ball enters the field of play. He throws with his arms and shoulder with force. He plants his foot on the line, and drags the other foot behind
What to Change:
It looks as though he is attempting a Long throw-in. He has a small hop which brings his foot off the ground; both feet should stay on the ground.
Cue:
Make sure both feet are on the ground; Arch back and throw with two hands.
Improvement
Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristics:
1. Bringing ball behind the head
2. Taking steps and dragging back foot prior to the throw
3. Bringing and releasing ball behind the head
What to Change: One major adjustment would be for the player to arch his back when bring the ball behind his head and using a forward motion with his upper body when releasing the ball behind his head.
Cues: Arch your back
Use power from arch to throw
