Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).
Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified.
What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve.
Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.

This project has the following primary purposes: (a) to provide video of subjects performing sport skills at varying levels of expertise as a medium for teachers, coaches, and students to practice movement analysis, (b) to provide video demonstration models of sport skills and games for learners, teachers, and coaches, and (c) present a platform for the professional community to contribute video and dialog to more thoroughly accomplish the aforementioned purposes. Stage: Advanced
Stage: Advanced intermediate
Characteristics of Stage: Proper grip, nice step forward with lead foot, throwing arm led by elbow while non throwing arm is pulled back.
What to change: Obviously has basics down, I guess the only thing he could do differently would be to put more power into his step and throwing motion.
Cue: Stronger step, stronger follow through

Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristics: Player seems to have the right grip on the ball and has a poor follow through and body position.
What to change: Player needs to be standing tall and release the ball when the ball has reached the ear. Also needs to throw through the ball like a baseball pitcher.
Cue: Follow through and stance.

Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristic:The quarterback does a good job gripping the ball with his fingers. He also does a good job of bring the ball back to 90 degrees then following through after he releases the ball.
What to Change: Always have both hands on the ball before you throw securing the ball. Follow threw with your throwing hand across the body to your left thigh.
Cue:Work on ball security with two hands.
PES 294, Skill Analysis
Stage: Expert
Stage Characteristics: Grip of ball is correct, using finger pads and not palm. Proper throwing action of stretching arm back into an L shape. Proper stance and step. Good release point. Follow through after throw.
What to Change: The non throwing hand should be placed on the ball for support, not tap the ball. The follow through should extend lower across the body and toward the opposite knee.
Cue: Support the ball, Follow through
