Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).
Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified.
What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve.
Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.
Comments on individual video clips are encouraged, especially in the form of analysis of the subjects' technique.

This project has the following primary purposes: (a) to provide video of subjects performing sport skills at varying levels of expertise as a medium for teachers, coaches, and students to practice movement analysis, (b) to provide video demonstration models of sport skills and games for learners, teachers, and coaches, and (c) present a platform for the professional community to contribute video and dialog to more thoroughly accomplish the aforementioned purposes. Football pitch Mov
Stage: Advanced
Stage Characteristics: Pitch was at chest level, and the runner caught the ball
What to Change: Quicker drop step and more velocity on the pitch.
Cue: Be quicker
Toss
Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristics: Student makes a good firm toss to the other student and makes the correct step to the student.
What to Change: To many steps in the beginning. Should just be a single step to the spot where the ball is going to be tossed.
Cue: Feet work.

Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristic: The quaterback tosses the ball properly and does a good job of getting it to the runner.
What to Change:The quarterback should be more agressive when hes about to toss it. Take a hard step giving you power to get it to the runner quick and crisp.
Cue:Work on leading the runner with the ball and getting it to him faster.
Pitch
Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristic: Tosses ball properly to player. Makes a crisp toss into the arms of his runner.
What to Change: When the player tosses they need to have a solid opening step toward direction of receiver.
