Two Footed Kick Up
Stage: Intermediate to Expert
Stage Characteristics: It is hard to tell from this short video the exact stage of the sport this individual is at, but his performance of the two footed kick up would lead me to believe he has considerable skill of this sport. In this video the individual does a good job of squeezing the ball with his feet, jumping with both legs, and releasing the ball with his feet at the proper time to help ensure he makes a clean two handed catch.
What to Change: The individual in this video performs every aspect of the two footed kick up properly.
Cues: Squeeze ball with feet, jump with both legs, catch ball with two hands.
