Written Analysis: Analyze the following
- Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).
- Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified.
- What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve.
- Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.

-toe should be pointed
-leg should stay straight
-keep hips pointed in one direction

Stage: Intermediate/Expert
Stage Characteristic: The beginning doesn't show the kicker looking for his target. He drops his ball and kicks. However, he watches and follows where it goes which makes it more of an expert kick.
What to Change: The kicker needs to look and place his kick before hand.
Cue: Find your target
Punt Kicking
Stage: intermediate, expert
Stage Characteristics:The kicker approaches and kicks with confidence with good contact and leg follow thorough.
What to Change: Kicker could look to where he wants ball to go--head was down.
Cue: Focus on target.
