Written Analysis
Stage: This stage of the skill is beginner.
Stage Characteristics: The arms should be prepared along with the body that stays down and ready for the ball to come. His body was swinging back and forth on the side; that helps to focus and preparing for the ball to come. These two are the characteristic of the stage that is identified.
What to Change: The butt needs to be little more out that will give more room for the body to get down a little. And also the subject should call the ball such as "mine" or "got it".
Cue: Platform is the best cue for this skill because the form of body and passing is critical.
I have left some annotations on the video.
