Beginners Swimming
http://youtu.be/DvT4ILVK9Ek
The audio on this file appears to be corrupted but I was able to get the idea.
The instruction is very basic so this appears to be a beginners class. I can tell this by the way the swimmers enter the water and react shortly there after. They do not appear to be natural swimmers. They begin to move their arms in practice strokes which beginners would be learning to do in order to progress to swimming.
When the swimmers go into the leg kicks all swimmers don't seem to be comfortable keeping their heads below water. Swimmers should be encouraged to work at their own pace and ability and then to work towards holding their breath longer and longer each time.
