Stage Characteristic: First of all, take the hat off when playing volleyball. Arms are not extended while tracking the ball. Does not follow through after hitting; he quickly retracts his hands.
What to Change: Needs to follow through by extending hands and arms.
Cue: Reach for the sky

Stage Characteristics:
1. His feet are shoulder width apart, parallel with each other on this first two sets.
2. Hand start at chest level and sets from his the level of his chin.
3. Hand are spread out wide and he does not follow through with the overhead pass.
What to Change: I would have his hands above his eyes. In the video his hands look like they are at chin level.
