Swimming Turn

Stage: Intermediate to expert

Stage Characteristic: The swimmer does a good job of transitioning from his swimming stroke to tucking his head and performing a forward roll (under the water) when reaching the wall. Once the swimmer completes the forward roll he gets an excellent push off the wall, while keeping his body strait and aerodynamic allowing to easily cut through the water. He than returned to his stroke in a smooth and athletic motion.

What to Change: I can see nothing this swimmer needs to chane in his turn.

Cues: Tuck head, smooth and powerful push off of wall.
