Floor Hockey Shots
Stage: Beginner
Stage Characteristic: These three individuals taking floor hockey shots are clearly beginners. They all seem to not have been properly taught the proper form that needs to be used when taking a hockey shot.
What to Change: The main thing these three need to concentrate on is how they hold the hockey stick. Their current form looks more like how you would swing a golf club, not a hockey stick. First they need to put their dominate hand about half way down on the hockey stick, second they need to place their other hand towards the top of the hockey stick. By doing just these two things with the placement of their hands they will now have better control of their hockey shots as well as a shot with more power and far more accurate.
Cues: Dominate hand low on the stick and other hand high.
