Stage Characteristics: Athlete is performing the J step approach the high jump pit. The plant foot is not correct. Body is in a some what correct position to clear the bar.
What to change/improve: Jump off foot that is closest to the pit. Back needs to be arched more so legs are not flipping in air. Body should be much smoother when going over the bar.
