Comments

Hurdling

Stage: intermediate
Stage Characteristics: Too up right. Failing to lay out and use the opposite hand to reach to the toes of the foot that is extended. Dont jump, glide over the hurdles.
What to Change: You need to bend at the waist as you hurdle the hurdle. Your arms should not be flying all over the place. One arm is straight trying to touch your toe and the other arm should be bent and on an upward direction, not out to the side.
Cue: Bend & reach. Stride it. Arms in.
